Lancelot Subdivision
This subdivision was previously owned by a Texas developer. Original plan was for 22 1500sqft houses on 0.25 acre lots. This was not appropriate for the area....

Merritt Field
This field is adjacent to 211 Klimback and was overgrown and not developed. It had a large ravine and many dump trucks full of trash and an abandoned truck that required removal. This 3 acres of land is now reclaimed for horse pasture and has updated drainage and a pedestrian land bridge!
